Most Spectacular Runs in Deer Valley

Homeward Bound

On top of Deer Valley Resort’s Bald Mountain starts Homeward Bound Run which can be accessed by Sterling Express, Wasatch Express, or Sultan Express lifts. It is a green run, but you won’t be disappointed by soul searching unsurpassed views of of Mt. Timpanogos, Heber Valley, Guardsman Pass, Clayton Peak in Big Cottonwood Canyon, and Empire Mountain at Deer Valley Resort. You can rest and dine at Silver Lake Lodge and warm up there too, while sitting in white lounge chairs just outside the lodge.

Supreme

On top of Empire Mountain, the highest peak in Deer Valley at 9570 feet high, Supreme Run can be accessed by Empire Express Lift. The name comes for a reason – forever views are jaw dropping. It engulfs Deer Valley Resort’s Silver Lake area, Empire Canyon, Montage Deer Valley, the Uinta Mountain Range, parts of the town of Park City, some of Park City Mountain Resort, and, in the other direction, some of the peaks atop Guardsman Pass (10,420 Peak included). It is a double blue run and can be enjoyed by intermediate skier at least. You can compete with the skiers from McConkey’s Lift in Park City too. Rest, have a fine glass of wine to celebrate at Empire Lodge or Montage Deer Valley.

Jordanelle

Deer Valley Resort’s Jordanelle ski run is not centrally located, but you explore this area because the views are unbelievable. This run offers expansive views of the Jordanelle Reservoir, and the Uinta Mountain Range as skiers meander along the trail past beautiful ski-in/ski-out Deer Crest homes. But wait the views don’t end there! Take in the beauty as you enjoy a sheltered ride back to the top of Little Baldy Peak aboard the Jordanelle Express Gondola. To get to Jordanelle ski run, you’ll first have to ride up Mountaineer Express. The runs are blues and double blues. Rest, dine and schedule ski lessons at Snow Park Lodge.
