Deer Creek State Park

25 Miles South of Park City. take Highway 40 south 15 miles to Heber, then Highway 189 south 10 mils to park

Size 4.1 Square Miles

Elevation 5,400 feet

Features Reservoir, beach areas, boat ramps, campsites and restrooms.

Activities Boating, windsurfing, water skiing, swimming, fishing, and picnicking.

Seasons/Open Hours Open year-round,
Summer – 6 am to 10 pm,
Winter – 8 am to 5 pm.

Entrance Fees
$10 per vehicle (includes use of watercraft launches)
$5 for Utah seniors 62+
$75 Annual Pass is available at the park
$35 Senior Adventure (annual) Pass

Size 6.2 Square Miles

Elevation 6,166 feet

Features Reservoir, nature center, ADA campsites,sandy beaches and boat ramp.

Activities Boating, sailing, fishing, hiking, nature study, mountain biking,windsurfing, water skiing and swimming.

Seasons/Open Hours Summer – 6:00 am to 10:00 pm
Winter – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Entrance Fees
At Hailstone, the day use fee is $10 per vehicle (up to 8 passengers)
$5 per vehicle with a Utah senior 62+
At Rock Cliff the day use fee is $7 per vehicle
$4 per vehicle with a Utah senior 62+
$75 annual pass is available at the park. The pass includes use of watercraft launches.
$35 Senior Adventure (annual) Pass

Camping Chokecherry Campground
There are 7 campgrounds at this park, including one that is hike-in or boat-in. Camping fees range from $16-$20. Pull-through and back-in sites can accommodate RVs up to 48 feet. Partial hookups are available.
Two group camping areas are available, along with group day use pavilions.

(17-hour access year round – gates are closed overnight)
No holiday closures
